Wendel Meldrum is a Canadian actress who is probably best known for her role as Leslie, the low talker, from the Seinfeld episode The Puffy Shirt 1993. Meldrum has been a guest star on many television series and has appeared in a number of feature films and television movies. In 2005, Meldrum ventured into screenwriting, writing the screenplay for the independent film Cruel But Necessary. She also stars in the film in the role of Betty Munson.
