Lola Ponce is a versatile actress with a strong and intense voice who was born in Capitan Bermudez, a small town in the vicinity of Rosario, Argentina on June 25, 1982. Lola was the daughter of one of the talented singer in the industry Mr. Hector Ponce.

At an early age of eight, she started singing as a child performer, forming a band with her brother Alejandro and then taking part in various music festivals. Then, while still in teenage life, she also started to explore her career as an actress, with roles in some of the most leading Argentinean soap operas that practice, enhance, explore and improve his skills and capabilities in acting. Those drama's she had taken made her a strong and experience individual that can be fearlessly trust to work in the acting industry.

Thus, as a reward to her efforts, last 2001 she able released her first album "Inalcanzable". Just a year later in 2002, she was been a part of the cast in Notre Dame de Paris - Live Arena di Verona as Esmeralda for the Italian version.

Finally, had moved then to Italy for her role in the artistic and linguistic comedy that was an unprecedented success.

On the next year, 2003 she began recording the disc "Fearless", which came out in 2004 and was a success. While in year 2005 she participated in the Sanremo Festival, as a guest, with the song Sleep.

As a result to her works, she won the Sanremo Festival in pairs with "Gio Di Tonno"(2008), whom she had known since her days at Notre Dame de Paris. With the lightning hit song, written by Gianna Nannini which she became the first and so far only foreign singer to have won the Sanremo Festival.

At this moment, Lola is making a new disc, in Spanish, English and Italian, which will be called "Il diario di Lola".
